About the Position

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities primarily through outbound prospecting to financial institutions. You'll work closely with sales and marketing leadership to engage prospective customers, grow the pipeline, and drive revenue for our cloud communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage prospective customers via phone, email, and social platforms.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase our solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close new business.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas for calls, demos, and sales.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM for pipeline management and reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications

• 13 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B FinTech or communications technologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-first attitude.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in unified communications, VoIP, or contact center software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or related platforms.
• Background in working with SMBs or enterprise clients.
