Job Title: Cath Lab Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of previous Cath Lab experience required License: Valid State License required Certifications: ACLS required Must-Have: Previous Cath Lab experience Call required - 5-6 shifts every 2 weeks 30-minute response time for call Weekend availability required - every other weekend Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Cath Lab experience. This position requires the ability to be on call for approximately 5-6 shifts every two weeks. A 30-minute response time is mandatory for on-call duties. Weekend availability is required, specifically every other weekend. This role involves the administration and monitoring of procedural sedation. The nurse will be responsible for circulating procedures across various diagnostic and interventional scenarios. It is essential that the nurse can interpret and manage dysrhythmias. Experience with cardiac catheterizations, patient monitoring, and related skills is necessary.
