Receptionist

ReceptionistAddison Group is hiring a Receptionist on behalf of our client. This professional will serve as a key point of contact for the office while providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.Provide general administrative assistance to management and office leadership as needed.Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, customers, business partners, and other contacts through phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person interactions.Assist with customer service needs and help ensure a positive experience for visitors and callers.Complete data entry and maintain accurate records.Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail while preparing correspondence for delivery.Order, organize, and monitor office supply inventory.Support additional administrative projects and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or similar support role.Previous clerical experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.Ability to consistently follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
