Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer / AI Adoption Consultant

Job Description:

Locations: Lynchburg, VA & Columbus, OH

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer to drive enterprise AI adoption, user enablement, and productivity transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering Copilot training, facilitating workshops, creating learning content, and helping organizations maximize ROI from Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and hands-on workshops for Microsoft 365 Copilot

✅ Train users on prompt engineering and AI best practices

✅ Conduct persona discovery, workflow analysis, and use-case workshops

✅ Develop training materials, learning paths, labs, and adoption assets

✅ Drive user adoption through change management and communication campaigns

✅ Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs and capability transfer

✅ Measure adoption, user engagement, and business outcomes
