Shift: Warehouse Specialist:

1st shift ($17.50) (OT AND SATURDAY as Needed)

• Monday- 4am to12:30pm
• Tuesday through Thursday 6am to 2pm
• Friday - 6am to 2:30pm

2nd shift ($18.50) (OT AND SATURDAY as Needed)

• Monday- 12:30pm to 9pm
• Tuesday through Thursday 2pm to 10pm
• Friday - 2:30pm to 11pm

3rd shift ($ 20.00) (OT AND SATURDAY as Needed)

• Monday- 9pm to 5:30am
• Tuesday through Thursday 10pm to 6am
• Friday - 11pm to 7:30 am

Requirements: Warehouse Specialist:

Experienced Warehouse Specialist to support order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management operations in Philadelphia, PA. This position requires a dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and professionalism.

Job Requirements: Warehouse Specialist:

• Complete all stages of order fulfillment, including accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Load and unload trailers for shipping and receiving operations safely and efficiently
• Assist management with maintaining inventory levels and identifying low-stock items for timely reorders
• Organize warehouse inventory and replenish rack locations when new inventory is received
• Utilize warehouse systems and computers for inventory tracking, shipping, receiving, and operational tasks
• Maintain warehouse equipment and immediately report operational or safety concerns
• Periodically pick up orders from local suppliers as needed
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and overall safety standards
• Follow all company procedures, warehouse protocols, and safety guidelines
• Support additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned
• Minimum of 1-2 years warehouse experience required
• Computer literacy required, including the ability to learn warehouse management systems and perform basic Microsoft Office and Excel functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license required
• Willingness to become PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certified upon hire
• Forklift and hydraulic pallet jack experience strongly preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional work ethic required
