Client Services Associate

To support exceptional customer service, the full-time Client Services Associate will provide assistance to customers, the Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives while mentoring junior staff and managing escalated issues in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Provide support to customers and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery Mentor Client Services Associates and assist in troubleshooting inquiries from the BPO team Participate in department-level tasks and escalate issues to leadership as necessary Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required with relevant experience 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within biotech, life science, diagnostics, or healthcare Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Flexibility to adjust working hours based on operational needs
