Commercial Lines Producer

GPAC is working with a highly regarded independent insurance agency, located in the northwest Boston metro area, that is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Producer. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a genuine passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions. You'll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships and consistently achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy options to clients.
• Collaborate closely with underwriters and service teams to deliver the best solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Massachusetts.
• 2+ years of insurance sales or related experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with commercial accounts highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and digital tools.
