Part Time Keyholder - Merrell

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service‑oriented individual to support the team and act as the acting manager in the Store Manager's absence. They will model a positive attitude, remain calm under pressure, and be a fountain of knowledge on product and standards. Key Responsibilities Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge. Create amazing customer experiences through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by acting as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts. Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager. Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management. Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Demonstrated retail sales success. Experience working in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential. Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Working Conditions Retail environment. Qualifications Performing duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. High school diploma or equivalent.
