Responsibilities:

Provide basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English

Deliver an exceptional support experience

Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English - while this role supports both, most calls are in English Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 18 years of age

Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment Desk and an ergonomic chair
