Reyes Fleet Management Join the Reyes Fleet Management team at our Martin Brower facility in Pompano Beach. Position Overview We are seeking 2 Diesel Mechanics to work on our fleet of tractors, trailers, and MHE equipment. Shift & Pay Shift: Tuesday - Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm Pay: $35.00 - $38.00/hr, depending upon experience Benefits 4 Weeks paid time off + Holiday pay Yearly performance raises ASE Incentive Pay (up to $2.00 additionally with ASE Certifications) CDL Incentive Pay (up to $1.00 additionally with active license) Career advancement opportunities 401(k) with Employer Match Referral bonuses and Reyes Reward program Health, dental, and vision coverage including multiple medical plans Tool & Boot annual payout Company provided uniforms Company paid Life Insurance Great work culture and clean facilities Financial and wellness discounts and much more Position Responsibilities Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts) Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system Diagnose complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicable Complete complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices Maintain a valid driver qualification file as required for driving company and customer vehicles; CDL holders must comply with FMSCA Clearinghouse review and DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start Some travel may be required Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 3+ years of related experience Must possess own tools Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations Valid CDL (License A) is highly desired; mandatory in some locations Ability to frequently lift, push and/or pull weights in excess of 50 pounds, occasionally in excess of 100 pounds Preferred Education and Experience Technical School Certification Equal Opportunity Employer & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
