In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking Kia parts, providing expert assistance and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders. 

• Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct Kia parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts stock.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to order and track parts as needed.
• Support service department by providing timely parts availability and information.
• Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
• Handle administrative tasks related to parts transactions and invoicing.
