Litigation Paralegal

About the Role ZS Attorneys is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team. You’ll work directly with our experienced attorneys to keep cases moving – drafting motions and orders, managing deadlines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. What We Offer Competitive pay: $50,000 – $65,000 depending on experience Dental and vision insurance Paid time off and firm holidays Professional development support Collaborative, team-first work environment What You’ll Do Draft and finalize motions, proposed orders, briefs, and legal correspondence under attorney supervision Proactively review upcoming case calendars and flag deadlines, hearings, and court dates well in advance Prepare and e-file documents through AlaFile, PACER, or other applicable court systems Organize exhibits, discovery materials, and case files – both physical and electronic Track pending motions and orders; follow up on outcomes and update docket accordingly Assist with deposition prep, trial binders, witness lists, and logistics Conduct factual and case law research as directed What We’re Looking For 2+ years of paralegal or litigation support experience Hands-on experience drafting motions, orders, or other legal documents Familiarity with court e-filing systems and local/state court rules Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple deadlines independently in a busy office Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Bonus Points For: Paralegal certificate or degree (ABA-approved preferred) AlaFile experience Experience with Clio, MyCase, or similar practice management software Background in litigation Pay Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Free parking Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance License/Certification: Paralegal Certificate (Preferred) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
