Position Work 7, 24‑hour shifts/month. $285,000+ starting base salary; candidate experience considered. Average census of 0‑3 patients, with between 3‑10 patient carries per shift. Primary workload takes place in Mother Baby unit. Up to $75,000 sign‑on bonus and $200,000+ in student loan repayment.
