Depth & Scope: Drives acquisition in a bank location by engaging clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outbound outreach, building meaningful connections that help clients achieve their financial goals Engages clients with curiosity, establishes purpose for the interaction, and conducts meaningful, goals‑based discovery to uncover client needs and priorities Applies foundational banking knowledge to interpret client needs and validate understanding.
