The compensation for this position is an hourly range of $19.15-$21.40 per hour, this position requires no previous banking experience, making it an excellent opportunity to launch a rewarding career in financial services.

As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll build meaningful relationships with members by assisting with financial transactions, identifying their needs, and recommending products and services that help them reach their financial goals. Position Overview

As a Member Service Representative/Teller at our Plymouth Branch , you will deliver exceptional member service by processing financial transactions, answering questions, and recommending products and services that meet members' needs. You'll play an important role in creating positive member experiences while ensuring efficient and accurate daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members by providing friendly, personalized service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers while following all cash handling and security procedures.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Meet performance expectations related to service quality, accuracy, and member satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with members and teammates in person, by phone, and through email.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge and grow your career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong math, communication, and computer skills.
• Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for helping others.
