How you'll contribute Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities Observe and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed What we're looking for Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program, required Current PTA license in the state of Arkansas in good standing, required CPR certification Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
