In-House Trade Sales Concierge

Job Description
As an In-House Trade Sales Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our trade customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. You will work closely with our trade clients to understand their needs, offer product recommendations, facilitate orders, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Act as the main liaison between the company and trade customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
2. Outreaching to Trade customers who have applied to become a partner and have not been followed up with in 30+ days.
3. Outreaching to Trade customers who have not engaged with a sales rep or the website for 60+ days.
4. Track In-House daily, weekly and monthly sales to achieve provided revenue monthly goals.
5. Respond promptly to trade inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
6. Assist trade customers in selecting products that meet their specific requirements, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
7. Prepare and process trade orders, including generating quotes, creating invoices, and coordinating logistics for delivery or pickup.
8. Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, inventory, and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
9. Proactively follow up with trade customers to provide order updates, address any concerns or issues, and ensure satisfaction.
10. Maintain accurate records of trade customer interactions, orders, and preferences in NetSuite.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and promotions to effectively support trade customers and drive sales.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client management, preferably in a trade-focused environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with trade customers.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Knowledge of interior design or home furnishings industry is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
