CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNAs) - URGENT NEED

FULL-TIME, PART-TIME & PRN SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Join the world of HOME HEALTH CARE, where you can provide ONE-ON-ONE care to patients in the comfort of their home. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift. You will get to know your patients and their families and learn about the needs they may have in their home. Then you will plan, organize, and assist with home health care service with your focus on just one patient for your shift. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)you will assist the patient with daily living activities, ensure the patient's comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Pay:

• $20 - $22/hour

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Assisting the nurse on duty
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or clinical manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

Requirements

To On-Board with Elite Care Management, you will need the following qualifying credentials:

• Driver's License
• Social Security Card
• Auto Insurance Card
• Current CPR Card
• CNA State Certification
• TB Test Results - 2 step or chest x-ray within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON gold blood work within the last 5 years
