Picker Packer

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our fulfillment team. You will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory, securely packaging items for shipment, and preparing orders to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking: Locate items specified on digital or paper pick tickets, scan barcodes using handheld RF scanners, and verify SKUs and quantities to ensure order accuracy.

• Packing: Securely pack items into shipping containers, applying appropriate protective padding (bubble wrap, air pillows) and sealing boxes according to company standards.

• Shipping Preparation: Print and affix shipping labels, packing slips, and hazardous material indicators where applicable; stack completed orders on pallets for outbound transport.

• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage, defect, or incorrect labeling prior to final packaging.

• Inventory & Maintenance: Report inventory discrepancies, low stock levels, or damaged goods to the warehouse supervisor; maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
