Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shifts are Mid (4x10 hours from 15:00 to 01:00) and Night (3x12 hours from 18:00 to 04:00). Start times will vary between 15:00 and 18:00 as needed. Must work 3 out of 5 major holidays and weekends will likely exceed every other to meet unit needs.

Job Description: The CT Technologist is responsible for performing CT scans to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The role includes administering contrast media, ensuring patient safety, and accurate image acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans on patients while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and providing support.
• Administer contrast media in accordance with safety protocols.
• Ensure the correct positioning of patients to obtain optimal images.
• Collaborate with medical staff to interpret and share imaging results.
• Maintain equipment and assist with quality control measures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Certifications: BLS, Flouro Permit, California state license, ARRT.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Must be willing to float to nearby facilities as needed.
