• Use helium leak detection to validate the integrity of diverse parts and systems against defined standards.
• Configure and calibrate detection instruments to ensure reliable, repeatable performance.
• Analyze readings, pinpoint trends, and document results with precision for QA records.
• Partner with engineering and production teams to identify root causes and fix leak-related concerns.
• Uphold safety and sustain a clean, organized workspace.
• Champion continuous improvement by proposing and implementing better test approaches.
• Offer guidance and training to junior team members when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in leak testing or a closely related technical role.
• Familiarity with helium-based detection techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong eye for detail and a data-driven, analytical mindset.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective communicator in writing and in person.
• Motivated to learn quickly and adapt to evolving tools and processes.
