When you join KeHE, you're becoming part of a team that is a force for good.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible for assessing store for sales growth opportunities and maintaining store partnerships. They will maximize sales through innovative product placement and presentation. Responsible for executing store solutions activities and completion of all store sets. This is an HOURLY WAGE POSITION working Monday through Friday.Essential FunctionsExecute on day-to-day completion of sales and merchandising activitiesEffectively communicate with customer merchandising teams, store personnel, merchandising manager and any KeHE merchandising personnel who are involved with current project, on a timely basis, regarding project planning and status of activitiesSupplement sales strategy in conjunction with sales team(s) across the organizationCreate and develop strong store relationships to generate key selling objectivesAnalyze product movement and provide valued suggestions to increase salesManage and execute on store proposals and drive new item PODs, maximize exposure to customers, and increase sales revenue (land grabbing)Responsible for all aspects of presentation, successful rollouts of new merchandise including communication and execution with store including latest trendsConduct store sales surveys when needed prior to any new store, reset, or re-merchandisingResponsible for innovation and implementing plan-o-grams, educational aids, and merchandising techniques to drive customer traffic and sales revenue through visual presentationManaging credits by managing overages, shortages, and mis-picksCost management of business expensesProvide vacation and route coverage for Sales teamsMinimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudePrior experience in food/grocery industryHigh school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferredOutstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills with people at all organizational levelsProficient in using Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office as well as navigating an iPadDemonstrated proficiency in attention to accuracy and detail to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfactionDemonstrates the competencies of financial acumen, ability to collaborate, sense of urgency, and effectively managing complexityWorking knowledge of product, categories, and merchandising techniquesAbility and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends (if applicable)Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnights to support the requirements of the positionMaintain a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from storesPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
