We are currently looking for Radar Cross Section (RCS) Range Radar Operators to support challenging, state-of-the-art technical projects during testing.What You Will DoResponsible for operating instrumentation radar during the collection of RCS measurementsCalibration of the radar systemRegular health and quality testing of the radar system and subsystemsTroubleshooting and diagnosing issues in the radar systemAnnual review of the Range Book and updating as requiredEnsure data quality and integritySupport target configuration and test set-upThis job is in Tucson, AZ and the position is onsite.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experienceExperience in calibration, maintenance and characterization of RF equipment for far field RCS measurementsExperience supporting RCS measurement testingUnderstanding of radar system operationTest asset configuration and mountingTest plan generationSecret security clearanceQualifications We PreferTop Secret security clearanceThe salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
