Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join an Illinois school district in a full-time role. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate professional who is committed to helping students overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve success both academically and personally.

As a member of the student support team, you will work closely with educators, administrators, families, and related service providers to address social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental factors that may affect student learning. Your expertise will help create pathways for students to thrive while fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

In this role, you'll provide counseling and intervention services, assist with crisis response, conduct assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies that support student well-being. You'll also help connect students and families with community resources, advocate for student needs, and contribute to the development of effective support plans that promote educational success.

Qualified candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work and hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement, or be eligible to obtain appropriate state credentials. Previous school-based experience is beneficial, but professionals with a strong commitment to serving children and families are encouraged to apply.
