Product ManagerVantaca's core platform is the software community management companies live in every day, all day. Every owner interaction, every board request, every architectural review, every dollar that moves. It is the system community managers reach for first thing in the morning and the last thing at night. The job of this PM is simple to say and hard to do: make that software so good that the customers who use it every day feel like it is working for them, not the other way around.That means two things at once. First, make the software dramatically easier to use for customers: faster, cleaner, fewer clicks, less context-switching, more answers without needing to ask. Happy customers using software that feels effortless is the primary outcome of this job. Easy-to-use software is not a polish item or a UX side benefit. It is the goal. Second, build the agentic capabilities that take work off the customer's plate entirely, woven into the same surface so they aren't juggling two products.This is a role for a PM who treats customer discovery as a craft, ships with measurable outcomes attached, and obsesses about ease of use as a measurable. Someone who thinks API-first, because the platform decisions made today determine how fast Vantaca can move tomorrow, and how seamlessly our software connects to everything else our customers use. Someone who thinks about what the agent does and what the human does as one product, not two, because the best capability is one where the customer barely notices the seam.You will own a portfolio of capabilities end-to-end: from the customer signal that surfaces the need, to the spec, to the launch, to the metrics that prove customers are happier, to the next thing the data tells you to build. You will report directly to the Group Product Manager over the core platform, with daily collaboration across HOAi, platform engineering, design, and our highest-leverage customers.
