Water Resource Engineer

Water Resource Senior Engineer We are seeking a Lead Water Resource Engineer to build and grow a profitable portfolio of water, wastewater, and reuse infrastructure projects across Oklahoma. This senior leadership role offers autonomy to drive revenue growth and production for clients you cultivate. Key Responsibilities: Lead business development efforts to establish, capture, and maintain workload statewide Build and maintain strong client relationships and a reliable pipeline of projects Oversee delivery of planning, design, bidding, and construction administration for water and wastewater infrastructure projects Guide and mentor a motivated team of engineers and technical staff Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and technical proposals to win contracts Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals Project Types May Include: Water conveyance, distribution, pump stations, and storage systems Wastewater collection, lift stations, force mains, and rehabilitation Pipeline inspection and rehabilitation Master planning and treatment infrastructure (water, wastewater, reuse) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma or ability to obtain within 6 months 5+ years of water/wastewater project leadership experience Ideal Candidate Attributes: Strong business development and client service skills Excellent communicator and team leader Drive growth, shape strategy, and lead impactful water infrastructure projects across the region.
