The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day functions of their multi-site property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the properties, and ensuring the property teams are positive and successful.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Support the financial goals of the properties, manage the assets in the owners' best interest and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).
• Ensure that models and market ready apartments are walked daily and communicate any service-related needs to maintenance.
• Ensure that all service requests are recorded and communicated appropriately to maintenance.

What You Bring

• Position requires a minimum of 2 years on-site as a leasing consultant and/or assistant community manager; will consider 3 years supervisory experience in a customer-service related business with appropriate certification(s).
• Certified apartment manager (CAM) or accredited resident manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned portfolio of properties.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

The expected compensation range for this position is $27.00- $34.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
