Your role includes:Personalized Care: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dignified personal hygiene care.Nutritional Support: Assist with meal service, including tray delivery and providing individual feeding assistance as needed.Mobility & Comfort: Safely perform ambulation, turning, and positioning to ensure resident comfort and skin integrity.Clinical Communication: Maintain accurate, timely electronic records and reports regarding resident status.Environment Stewardship: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment for all residents.Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of care in accordance with local, state, and federal healthcare guidelines.QualificationsCertification: Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing and be eligible for employment in the state of Wisconsin.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for electronic charting and documentation.Mindset: A strong ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative "team player."Experience: Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is preferred, but we welcome passionate new graduates!Complete Care at Grande Prairie is an equal opportunity employer.
