  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students with various special needs, ensuring an understanding of their unique strengths and challenges.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for conditions such as ASD, ADHD, learning disabilities, and trauma experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with educators, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other professionals to provide cohesive support to students.

  • Educate students and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students facing a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders, families of children with special needs, and educational professionals. Our diverse client population requires a tailored approach to care, recognizing the need for trauma-informed practices and culturally competent communication.

Qualifications\n

  • A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities.

  • Exceptional skills in conducting mental health evaluations, diagnostics, and formulating actionable treatment plans.

  • Experience with individualized and group therapeutic approaches, along with strong crisis intervention abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with children and adolescents in special education.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
