Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative - Cardiovascular - Memphis, TN

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for cardiovascular sales in the Memphis, Tennessee area. The role involves building relationships with medical professionals, communicating clinical product knowledge, executing sales strategy, and managing territory performance to drive appropriate product utilization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen cardiovascular products to medical professionals and drive appropriate utilization
• Execute sales strategy through branded messaging, educational programs, and virtual/in-person engagement to achieve territory sales targets
• Develop and manage customer accounts, customize interactions based on needs, and resolve reimbursement and access issues
• Analyze territory performance, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and demonstrate sustained passion for products while prioritizing patient impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or High school diploma/GED with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's degree with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's with 6 years combined, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years combined
• Preferred: 3+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
• Preferred: Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, nephrology, or related specialties
• Preferred: Local market knowledge and established territory relationships
• Preferred: Life Sciences or Business Administration degree
• Core competencies in planning, business knowledge, communication, results-driven mindset, and relationship building

Compensation: $89,816 to $121,602 annual salary for Specialty Representative
