Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists / Counselors to provide telehealth services and help support individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. This opportunity is available as either a contract (1099) position or a full-time W2 position, giving you the flexibility to choose the arrangement that works best for you.

Contract/1099 Position:

Flexibility to schedule sessions and work from wherever you're most comfortable.
We ask that you commit to at least 12 hours per week, facilitating group sessions as well as individual and/or family sessions.
W2 Position:

Full-time availability, including some evenings and Saturdays to facilitate group sessions and individual/family therapy.

About You
You're confident in working with teens and young adults.
You're well-versed in a variety of therapeutic approaches (DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI certification is a plus).
You believe in the value of group therapy and have experience leading group sessions.
You're creative and engaging, especially in virtual settings.
You're a team player and can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
You're available in the evenings to meet the needs of our clients.
Qualifications
Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (all disciplines are encouraged to apply).
Experience working with youth and young adults is preferred.
A master's degree in mental health or a related field.
Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether you're in a 1099 or W2 role.
For 1099 positions, part-time work is available with the opportunity to grow into full-time.
For W2 positions, full-time work with the expectation of 40 hours per week.
Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR software.

Compensation: The target base salary for this role is between $48,000 and $70,000 per year, with additional performance-based bonuses. Total cash compensation, including the bonus, could range from $53,000 to $75,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on location, experience, and other factors. In addition to cash compensation, you may also be eligible for stock options and other sponsored benefits.
