Pest Control Technician

Location and Salary Zip Code: 13057 Salary: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses, annual incentive trip) Job Overview We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative Pest Control Technician to join our full‑time team, based in the Syracuse, NY area. The role reports to the Syracuse office once per week and requires a collaborative team‑player who can also excel independently. Responsibilities Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues. Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order. Keep accurate records of treatments provided. Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws. Serve as a subject‑matter expert, implementing the most efficient pest solution for each customer. Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures. Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of issues encountered on service routes. Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use. Qualifications No experience necessary; on‑the‑job training provided. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of use. Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years). Drug test and background check required.
