Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution.What You'll Do as a Tool and Die Maker:Fabricate and repair stamp tooling, including punches, dies, and assemblies.Collaborate with production teams to ensure parts meet dimension tolerances and quality standards.Troubleshoot and optimize designs by collaborating with Engineering and Production teams to resolve die related issues and improve design for manufacturability.Participate in new tooling try-outs or Engineering changes to ensure safety and process accuracy.Recommend tooling repairs or outsourcing when necessary.Sub assembly and bend fitting of precision tools.Produce high accuracy components and sub-assemblies.Perform preventative maintenance on tooling to increase lifespan.Design fixtures/tools, put those designs on CAD/CAM/3D drawings, identify the correct metal to be used.Other duties as assigned.Skills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 3 year of Tool and Die experienceSolid mathematics comprehensionMust be able to lift to 35 lbs. unassistedTechnical or vocational training in CNC operation is highly preferredAbility to read and interpret complex blueprints and relevant documentsCAD/CAM/3D experience requiredStrong mechanical and analytical skillsBenefitsDon't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a manufacturing environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programApply today with ?nin Staffing Kernersville—your next opportunity is just a click away!Apply Now Category Skilled labor Pay Rate $25.00 an hour
