Are you passionate about helping others and have a knack for sales? Rocky Top Vapor is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Bristol! Since 2011, we’ve been on a mission to improve the lives of adult smokers by offering high-quality vapor products. As the Tri-Cities’ first and original vape shop, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and premium e-liquids to our customers. As a Sales Associate at Rocky Top Vapor, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience for our customers. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Assist customers in finding the right vapor products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on our premium e-liquids and vaping devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to offer expert advice.
• Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales goals.

We’re seeking a candidate who is passionate about vaping and customer service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Basic knowledge of vaping/electronic cigarettes to assist our customers effectively.
• A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 21 years of age or older .
