We're hiring a Customer Success Representative in Brooksville, Florida.
This isn't a "read from a script and close the ticket" job. You're the first voice a customer hears when their sealer question turns into a project crisis, and the reason they leave a 5-star review instead of a 1-star rant. You own the interaction, start to finish.
What the role looks like:
→ Inbound calls, emails, chats; you answer them, you solve them
→ Deep product knowledge across our full line (we'll train you, but curiosity is required)
→ Spotting upsell opportunities while you're solving problems
→ Keeping HubSpot and other systems clean and current
What we're looking for:
✔ 2–4 years customer-facing experience
✔ Warm, confident phone presence — you like people
✔ CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
✔ Detail-obsessed — 99% order accuracy is the standard, not the goal
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish? Big advantage.
✔ Bonus points if you've ever finished a DIY project and thought "I wish someone had helped me choose the right product." That empathy is exactly what our customers need.
