Young Adult Case Manager: Housing & Life Skills

Auberle is seeking a Young Adult Case Manager to support young adults transitioning from foster care or experiencing unstable housing. The role emphasizes building trust, conducting regular home/community meetings, and coordinating with partners to ensure access to resources. Travel to youth homes and community locations is required, with evening and weekend hours as needed.
