Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
• Checks in drivers and verifies pickup number matches load
• Updates scheduled appt report with arrival date and time
• Partners with shipping floor personnel to ensure driver is sent to the correct door for loading
• Prints and completes BOL - checks paperwork to confirm placards match pallet count - addresses discrepancies before releasing the driver
• For all preloads, confirms that the driver has pulled the correct trailer
• Scans BOL's each day and performs audit against the schedule appt report to ensure that all BOL's have been scanned.
• Updates yard check to add drop trailers and remove preload trailers once picked up.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or logistics training preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience working within the logistics or compliance industry
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a shipping and logistics environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with order management systems (OMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
