Member Experience Associate

About the Role As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the heart of the member experience, aiming to create great days for everyone who enters your office. Your day may vary, but it could look like this: You are the first face people see while you’re preparing the office for the day: brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities. You’re proactive and take ownership over managing inventory and ordering supplies for your location. You build events and design unique signage to enhance member experience. You add new members into multiple systems so their first day is seamless and memorable. You assist members with IT or Wi‑Fi issues whenever they arise. You participate in local marketing events, sharing our flexible solutions with prospective members. You take in‑tour walks while your Manager assists other potential members. You’re a Great Fit for this Role If No member request is too big or too small for you to handle; you enjoy restocking and fixing the printer. You’re energized by meeting people and work well in a team that supports a larger plan. You can create order out of chaos and always plan ahead, anticipating problems before they arise. You’re resilient, valuing routine but ready for bumps. You’re willing to get your hands dirty; behind‑the‑scenes work is often not glamorous. You constantly seek improvement and efficiency, keeping yourself busy at a comfortable pace. Requirements Perform repetitive tasks that require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods. Capable of operating machines and appliances, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and kitchen utensils. Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, complying with health and safety regulations. Ensure work areas remain sanitary and that all safety protocols are followed. The hourly compensation for this position starts at $23.50 . The actual base compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications. Benefits Fixed hours for stability. Commuter stipend of $150 per quarter. Travel stipend $150 annually (after 90 days). Year‑end bonus of $1,500. Sick pay as required by law. Benefits bundle through Sequoia. Base and bonus compensation are components of Industrious’ total compensation package, which may also include heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, wellness programs, professional development grants, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits, subject to eligibility and company policies.
