Civil Engineering Intern: Hands-On Projects, Mentorship & ESOP

LJA Land Development seeks a Civil Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, employee-owned environment. You will work with experienced engineers on real projects, shadow operations, and contribute to day-to-day project activities. This in-person summer program runs mid-May to early August, is 40 hours per week, and includes mentorship, site visits, training, and networking.
