Primary Purpose

Compile feed orders and record grower pay every other week, check and balance egg receipts and general miscellaneous reports upon request.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Prepare Breeder, Pullet and Supervisor weekly service summary report and maintain accuracy for management to make decisions on changes to improve production numbers.
2. Run grower pay every other week to maintain accurate and proper pay.
3. Compile feed orders and ensure accuracy.
4. Check and balance egg receipts in Oracle and MTech. Ensure accurate headcounts of hen sales. Generate miscellaneous reports upon request.
5. Back-up to the Office Assistant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 0-2 years' relevant work experience.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Adobe.
• Worked in an office setting is preferred.
