Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Profession: RN Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Must possess a valid RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: Labor Day and Christmas availability required Every other weekend commitment expected Description: The RN is responsible for providing patient care in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry setting. The RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement medical interventions. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential for optimal patient outcomes. This position involves monitoring patients, administering medications, and documenting care. Effective communication with patients and families is necessary to ensure understanding of treatment plans. The RN will participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols. Continued education and professional development are encouraged to enhance clinical skills.
