What You'll Be Doing
As the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams, you'll wear multiple hats and play a critical role in keeping projects moving and relationships thriving.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customer accounts and key vendor relationships
- Coordinate product launches and customer projects from concept through completion
- Partner closely with R&D, operations, production, and leadership teams
- Manage timelines, project updates, quotes, cost sheets, and customer communications
- Handle customer calls, meetings, tastings, and rollout discussions
- Navigate challenges, delays, and shifting priorities with professionalism and urgency
- Track project milestones and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and growth
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed
- Become a trusted advisor to clients while helping expand account opportunities

Preferred Background
- 1-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Sales, Client Services, or Project Coordination
- Experience within health & wellness, nutraceuticals, supplements, manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, or related industries
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building experience
- Experience supporting projects, accounts, or product rollouts is highly desirable
