OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in West Hartford, CT by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Operate nationwide OTR dry-van freight out of West Hartford, CT, joining a driver-focused carrier that provides steady miles and reliable support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company-assigned dry van tractors in compliance with DOT and ELD requirements.
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, report maintenance concerns, and maintain professional communication with dispatch.
- Secure freight and ensure timely deliveries while following safety protocols.
