One of our subsidiaries, A Tru Legacy Inc., operates as an Independent Service Provider (ISP) for FedEx Ground. This posting is intended to build a pipeline of qualified delivery drivers to support current and future operational needs under A Tru Legacy Inc.’s FedEx Ground contract. Position Overview Delivery Drivers supporting A Tru Legacy Inc. are responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of FedEx Ground packages while operating under FedEx standards and company policies. Drivers represent both A Tru Legacy Inc. and the FedEx brand and are expected to maintain the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and accountability. Employment Relationship Clarification This position is operated by A Tru Legacy Inc., a subsidiary of 223 Trucking Corp Drivers are employed by A Tru Legacy Inc., not FedEx 223 Trucking Corp provides oversight, administrative support, and operational structure Key Responsibilities Safely operate FedEx Ground delivery vehicles in compliance with all company, FedEx, DOT, and traffic regulations. Load, transport, and deliver packages accurately and efficiently along assigned routes. Utilize FedEx-approved scanners, routing, and navigation systems correctly. Maintain delivery accuracy, package condition, and customer satisfaction. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues. Adhere to all FedEx delivery methods, appearance standards, and professionalism guidelines. Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delays, incidents, or route issues. Immediately report accidents, injuries, property damage, or safety concerns. Full-time and part-time opportunities (based on operational demand) Routes and schedules may vary. May include weekends and peak seasons Outdoor, physically demanding work in varying weather conditions Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) Clean driving record meeting FedEx and insurance requirements Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Ability to safely lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs (with assistance as needed) Strong reliability, communication, and time-management skills At least 1 year of delivery driving experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, Courier Services, etc.) preferred.
