DAY HABILITATION SPECIALIST

- Day Hab without Walls!
- We have positions in Nassau and Suffolk Counties!
- Use of a smart phone is a key factor to this position for clocking in digitally and for encrypted communications.
- Light documentation is required for daily (checklist of individual's goals) and monthly (summary of goals worked on.)
- We offer monthly mileage reimbursement.
- Starting rate: $19.00. Bi-weekly pay period.
* FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING!
- 20-30 hours weekly (Part-Time) includes paid holiday, vacation, and sick time off.
- If you are looking for Full-Time (35-40 hours weekly) we are open to that as well.
