Client Services Representative

AFM is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Client Services Coordinator to support our client relationships through daily communication and administrative execution. This position serves as a primary day‑to‑day email contact for clients, supports collectors and internal teams, and ensures timely handling of disputes, holds, documentation, and outbound communications while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. Location 100% Remote Skills Strong written communication skills with a professional, client‑focused tone Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Working understanding of collection terminology and workflows Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to follow defined processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Workspace) and internal collection systems.
