Quality Technician

Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: Non-Exempt, 1st Shift/2nd shift/3rd shift

Purpose of Position: Perform accurate product inspection, testing and auditing of materials and products and processes as instructed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving inspection
• Production floor process / product audit
• Final dock audit
• Routine lab testing
• Product nonconformance reporting / resolution
• Corrective Action
• Gage care and maintenance as directed
• Perform measurement and testing procedures accurately
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Able to perform multiple tasks through to completion
• Assist in the timely resolution of nonconformance issues
• Timely and detailed communication to supervision and management (written and verbal)
• Other activities that support the overall quality system

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Demonstrated aptitude / ability
• Prior experience in manufacturing / quality control / inspection environment
