divh2Per Diem- Psychiatric Unit Position/h2pJoin Our Team!/ppThis Per Diem- Psychiatric Unit position is located at Corona Regional Rehabilitation Center in Corona, CA. Reporting to the Nurse Manager and Director of Behavioral Health Services, this position will require accountability for the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health of patients assigned to his/her care. Utilizes specialized knowledge and skills in the application of nursing process skills to deliver quality care to the serious and persistent mental illness. Works in conjunction with the Charge Nurse and may function as relief charge nurse, as needed./ppThe tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Ability to work with minimal supervision./ppAt least two (2) years experience working with clients with serious and persistent mental illness, preferably one of those years in an inpatient setting. Excellent verbal and written skills./ppAssaultive Behavior Management Training required within 90 days from date of hire./ppCurrent California RN license required.
