Hawker 800 First Officer (SIC) - Van Nuys, CA | Partouche Air Group

The Mission Serve as Hawker 800 SIC and ensure every flight is conducted to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism. You will collaborate closely with the Captain to execute flight planning, manage cockpit resources, and deliver an exceptional experience to our passengers. What You’ll Do Assist the PIC with comprehensive preflight planning, including weather, performance, weight and balance, fuel, NOTAMs, and routing. Execute accurate aircraft setup, FMS programming, checklist discipline, and SOP adherence. Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures throughout all phases of flight. Practice exemplary crew resource management (CRM), threat and error management, and clear ATC communication. Uphold client service standards with discretion, professionalism, and proactive cabin coordination. Support post-flight tasks, documentation, aircraft care, and discrepancy reporting. Maintain readiness for on-call operations, including irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and overnights as needed. Minimum Qualifications Total Time: 3,000 hours Jet Time: 200 hours License: FAA ATP Medical: Class 1 (First Class) Type Rating: Not required; training provided (NTR) Availability: Must be able to work on an on-call basis Preferred Background Experience in the Hawker 800.
