Shift Details:?*Should have weekend availability - Start times: 7:30 am - 12 hour shifts available? Special Procedures: Angioplasty Chemo embolization Renal artery stent placement Uterine artery embolization Lung biopsy Pulmonary angiogram Pulmonary embolism Cerebral arteriogram Upper and Lower extremity arteriogram Procedural sedation PICC Line (hard stop) Drain & Tunnel Exchanges (hard stop) Tunnel Catheter (hard stop) Fistulagram (hard stop) Declot (hard stop) Venogram (hard stop) Lifeport (hard stop) Vertebroplasty & Kyphoplasty (use spinejack) (Hard stop) Vein Laser, Phleboctomy (hard stop) Deep Vein Thrombus (hard stop) PTC (hard stop) TIPPS procedure (hard stop) Arteriogram - Stepper, embolization, mesenteric, renal, pulmonary, UAE, Sttroke, Liver Bx (hard stop) Special Equipment: Devices & Other Equipment Angiojet Jetstream laser venous laser arterial set up pressure transducer set CO2 Measuring lesions Dopplers, CT 3DRA Penumbra TREVO Clotriever (use of) Flowtriever (use of) Orientation: HR Orientation is every Monday. Clinicians must be able to attend on Monday start date for Orientation. Unit Orientation is two days and should be completed within first 3 weeks of start.
